At Saturday's show, I happened to notice P chatting it up with a girl and later saw her at the aftershow. The staff treated her like she was "someone." It got me thinking... how does P make his "move?" Granted, I doubt he'd ever get rejected... but I am interested in how he approaches women. Any thoughts?

(sidebar: I can't imagine what it would be like -- talk about surreal!)

I heard that when he had Glam Slam in LA that he had a room in the back and watched all the girls in the club and then sent a bodyguard out there to get them and bring them back to him. I don't know if it true but that sounds like something that he would do.

I recall reading a report a few years ago (was it on this board?) from a lady that had been "hit on" by Prince.

She was front and center a few rows from the stage and P kept making eye contact with her. Later in the concert one of P's bodygurds approached her and told her P would like to see her after the show.

She was escorted to the proper hotel room and told to knock. She was nervous as hell.

P opened the door dressed in sweat pants and a hoody,invited her in and offered to cook something for her. He was very down to earth and friendly.

She told him she was a little surprised by how casual things were; not that she really knew what to expect but it was certainly not about P dressed down and cooking.

He told her something like, "Oh, yeah it happens all the time. People expect me to be like my public persona when they meet me but that's just my stage act. I'm just a regular guy. What can I make for you?"
