Not literally, But I was watching Different Strokes on demand. In this episode Willis and Arnold went to Mr. Drummond's gym but the racist gym maneger would let them in. In this particular segment Kimberly is working out in th living room and she's blaasting "Controversy"!! I've never heard Prince in a sitcaom just thought I'd share.

wasn't there a prince concert poster in the boys' bedroom, too? like, a big picture from the purple rain tour where prince has that multicolored pantsuit on, with the red background?

I loved that show! It's a damn shame what "fame" put those kids through!

I LOVED Diff Strokes. I had such a crush on Todd Bridges (right before I got into Prince). He was such a cutie!

I remember them playing "International Lover" on Designing Women. The writers of that show must have been P fans because I remember a lot of Prince related stuff happpening on there. The same thing with the Golden Girls.

You must have the dvd set of Different Strokes or just saw the episode on TV because I don't even remember that and that was one fo my favorite shows. The 80's were NBC's dominated decade for sure. All my faves were on NBC back in the day: Knight Rider, Silver Spoons, Cheers, Gimme a Break, The Cosby Show, Family Ties, The A-Team, In The Heat Of The Night, and of course Different Strokes. By the way, Janet was hot then and she still is now! Peace and be wild!
