I'm going to see Prince in Hammersmith on the 3rd and the 4th. Could anyone recommend a decent place to stay ! Would a place in Hammersmith be more ideal ! Please help, much appreciated...

Are you coming down on the Sat? In case there is an aftershow, I suggest staying in the west end

My recommendation is to try something like the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury or Regents Park. Many of the hotels in Bloomsbury should be about £50-60 which is about as cheap as you could get for a three star.

You may find hotels in Knightsbridge which are cheaper, but you spend more money getting to and from.

If you wan't a real cheapy. There is a small independant hotel called the Repton Hotel. Almost backpacker, but clean and cheap (about £40).

Then theres the YMCA at Tottenham Court Road.

I suggest having a look on Lastminute.com. If you find a hotel or area you are not sure about, drop me a note and I'll fill you in.

PS - If you are driving, parking is a fortune. Pay extra for a hotel that has free parking!!!

Thanks for the help. I'll sort something out. I'm only going to the Thursday & Friday shows. Just by chance I was already taking that week off.
