How is it, that I paid $15 shiping costs for the DOW cd, yet when it arrives the parcel was stamped for a shipping cost of $4!!!

$11 profit or about £7 for every parcel sent to the UK!

I have been happy with my membership to the NPGMC, but those shipping costs take the p%&*!

Also be aware if your order is more than £45 you'll have to pay ten quid to UK customs!!!

Shipping & *Handling*

I just bought two tickets for a small gig in London from Ticketmaster. The tickets were £12 each, but the Admin/shipping/handling came to £10!

Its strange how as things become more automated (consumers ordering through the Internet, automated billing, processing & shipping etc) the 'handling' costs seem to be on the Increase.???
