Do you think the overall impact and message of TRC has brought people together on this board, or generated alot of conflict among people of different faiths who listen to Prince?

I think TRC has passed. I think the divides we experience are based on the success or failure of the NPGMC rather than the songs he releases. Thats kind of sad.

It should have been about the music.

Back in the day, an album dropped and we all had a view. Now, its all mixed up.

Ithink the thing that Divides People is the direction Prince has taken with His Overall Content&Message.being down with His Stuff from 80-88 it's hard to accept certain Sub-Standards that He Has Produced over the years.I'll always Respect Him as a Artist but I think His Extreme Directions of Presenting Himself in a way of almost not acknowledging what made folks truly get into Him in the first place has to turn some folks off for good or at least just make them take a take it or leave stance with Him&His Music.

I'm gonna worry when his next record is on the store shelf next to Amy Grant.

Well, the TRC cd enlightend me on how Prince feels about some things.Like, I was really surprised at his antisemitic remarks not to mention others.I was disappointed at some of his remarks and I think this could leave some people divided.
