1985 Purple Rain Tour
I was 12, my mom and her sister took me. ticket price $17.50 in Tacoma, WA Maybe 30 rows back. I STILL have the T-shirt we bought, too! Closin' time, ugly lights, everybody's inspected | |

I don't have the ticket stub but the first time I saw Prince was in 1979 in Saginaw, Michigan. He opened for Rick James!  The oldest Prince stub I have is from Feb 4th, 1982 in Saginaw, Michigan. The price was torn off, but it was around $9 or $10. The Time and Zapp was on that show.   ...it's groovy baby | |
