The most powerful countries r the most profit motivated. Capitalism has become a law unto itself, and 4 many the ideals of capitalism are in that place where morality ought 2 b. People are mis-educated from the start. the smarter people usually come out of school, at best knowing how important it is to make dollars at someone elses expense. If they achieve this goal they're satisfied with their career and often get so bloated with self-love they can't see or move freely anymore. I know it's a bad attitude, and I wish things were different but I really don't think the people/governments of Asia or America are, in the face of any argument, going to break with the familiar philosophy of fast-buck-making, let alone the argument of some ageing popstar legend, standing on some badly lit stage and ringing his bell in a rather daring corset. The human race can invent interesting gadgets and ingeneous ways of killing each other but you can't expect them to be able to control themselves. The strangest thing about real life is that we don't get to see how the story ends. Nicely put. thanks

a new album. we'll see in time. there will no doubt be more hints or press releases on this before it is released. and a tour is only likely since he hasn't been to europe since 2001... the rest is just speculation. although i really do hope that it might be a double cd. i've been yearning for a double cd for prince since, well, since forever. wrong: 2002

That outfit is cool he's wearing....It's more than likely his pants...most of his pants he wears are almost underneath his arms.But..regardless of the fact,PRINCE still RULES the music world!

Prince is a musical genius...regardless of his attire in the Planet Earth photo.
He is an original...I see many negative comments about him in a place where he should be worshipped.I thought this was a fan community? If you have nothing but negativity flowing from your lips..then you dark angels should be elsewhere.

I'm guessing World Tour? Naturally an album could be expected too, though it's interesting you can see the 3121 in the background. My Legacy

This sounds a lot like a part of a song lyric:
Imagine holding the planet earth in the palm of your hand, with no regard for your place of birth, or your claim to any land, the only thing between us is now the truth we all understand. If planet earth was in the palm of our hand. Fifty years from now, what will they say about us here? Did we care for the water and the fragile atmosphere? There’s only two kinds of people and the difference they make, The ones that give and the ones that take.

I don't understand all the talk over the Corset. I mean this is *PRINCE* we're talking about. This is pretty tame compared to some of the stuff he's worn in the past. The only way it could be remotely shocking is if you were a new fan that just came along around the time of Musicology.

Well that's exactly it. Everyone, old or new, knows how Prince used to dress back in 'the day'. Everyone ALSO knows that since around Musicology that changed, and with his JW involvement came a cleaner, more refined appearance. The fact that 'new Prince', who up until now we thought was still in the 'Musicology/3121 style' is wearing a corset.. something that 'old Prince' would perhaps wear.

1 night I saw prince in the moon. this is no joke a friend of mine saw it as well and it lasted for at least 5 days. I once read that if you wish to know hard enough then gazing into the moon you will see the object (person) of your affection's. Well I believe that that night was the night I saw the man of my
heart and what i think Prince is saying is that if he were to do the nasty with the woman of his heart Him not knowing where she has been that he would need to where a leather body glove because of all the bad deceases out here. but he is still willing to take her. and make love to her obviously. and if i am wrong then lets just ask the man himself and while we are at it. Let's ask him if 3'21 is a birthday of the woman of his affections... Don't call me crazy because you all don't have a clue. and the prince stage he bought for the super bowl half time show just means he is spending all his money at the plastic and lighting company when he could be spending it on other stuff that could make a difference in America

No, that's just mistaken assumption based on filtering Prince's behavior through personal wishes and beliefs. There is no 'old Prince' or 'new Prince'. There's just the Prince of the moment, who changes direction - musically, stylistically, spiritually, etc - on a whim. ...and I'd love to know when anyone expected Prince to Pre-announce his dress patterns. Just like the ruffles and lace of 1999 and Purple Rain gave way to the suits and more refined look of the Parade era, so shall the suits and ties of the Musicology era give way to something else. No one should be surprised.
