Depends on if we're talking about the album track or when its performed live. Album track: Joy in Repetition is better. Live: Anna Stesia is by far superior. | |

Anna Stesia is incredible but Joy in Repetition is my song. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

Loads of people like "Joy in Repetition". It's my brother's fave Prince tune, for example. But i've never been keen.
I love "Anna Stesia" though. That bit where it goes "we've just a play in ur master plan - now my Lord, I understand"...fantastic! So AS gets my vote  | |

Joy In Repetition is my absolute favorite Prince song and I can't listen to Anna Stesia anymore after Prince ruined it for me on the One Nite Alone box set. | |

That's right, you read it right. I said both. Our ancestors spilled their blood, gave up their liberties, nay, their very lives for the freedom that we enjoy & take for granted today. So that we can choose in the most abundant fashion possible. So that we can choose the option of not just one incredible Prince song, but many. They died so that we can have the option of having not just this song, not just having that one, but so that we can have boths songs. At the same freakin' time. So I say that you, I, we choose both, not because we're greedy, not because we stingy, but because we can. I say we choose both because it's high time "we anted up & kicked in." Like men.
