Purple Rain Drops

Wait! That sounds more like a candy. Oh well they'll both work.

Purple Rain Drops, I like it.
Me too. Especially since "drop" is a type cookie. Purple Rain Drop Cookies. Drops can be the candy.
If it were a real Prince bakery, this would have to be included.

It may be time to move onto the recipes. In fact, that would be a fun thread in itself. We pick one cookie from this list and create a recipe for it. Then we all bake Prince cookies.

With all the closely related threads, I'm surprised no one said: P nut cookies.

Letter U shaped, I Would Die 4 U cookies?
(First thought was "I Would Die 4 Yule" cookies but they probably wouldn't happen)

There's a better one here, but I can't think of it.

Have you tried these? Is it like a butter cookie with a hint of raspberry? I may try this one. Or maybe I'll wait for your pics (and report) first.

I have tried these and they are quite good!I wouldn't give you all the recipe to something that I have not tried.I read the post yesterday about making recipes and had nothing better to do.They come out as little raspberry colored disks. The flavor is not buttery but like a vanilla sugar cookie only raspberry flavored. The next request I get I will invent and test the recipe before I post.

Whenever I purchase melons,
I try to arrange them on the table like Appollonia's tits.

Now I know that's a subject for the Associated Artists forums,
but for me,
that's the closest I ever get to putting recipes & Prince together in my life.

How about Anx': Nutterbutterholeinyohead or Mango's: The Beautiful Buns (They're not cookies but they're still a must)

And after these:
How about a 4U section with all the Princebonic "U" sayings written on U shaped cookies: Nothing Compares 2...,I Would Die 4...etc....

The Prince "U" shape can be the equivalent to a heart (or they can be on hearts)
Maybe we better leave out "I Hate..." U's

(I think you designated yourself as master chef. I'm going to try the raspberry recipe.)

Ok Last one, but this requires an orgwide vote. We must have a KISS cookie but what flavor?
"What flavor is Prince's KISS?"

Of course we can always go to the source and ask Imago but it would be more fun to make one up.

(We have to get someone to trick one of those twins into making a mold of his lips so we can have it cast and sent to you, ychismb.)

Who knew cookies could be so much fun.

The flavor of Prince's kiss would be grape, since I imagine Prince's kiss to be the color purple. biggrin
