Now, using tremolo picking (a fast and constant up and down picking motion, this is NOT alternate picking, basically just move the pick up and down as FAST as you can) the next part is simply:

just had a quick noodle, seems to work! i always imaginged it being played further up the neck though. havent got my amp with me where im at so cant jack it up yet
