i saw the commercial! it was so random- all of a sudden I hear Prince, and I almost break a dish i dropped in the sink trying to run and see the whole thing. i thought it was a nice gesture from Prince- considering there were many risks wiuth the weather and all. very classy.

2 bad no Grammys for him! I was hoping he'd win @ least 1....

In that last photo of the commercial he seemed genuinely moved. I thought that when I first saw the photo after the Superbowl. That was just a nice thing to do.

That was one of the classiest, sincere expressions of gratitude that I have ever seen from an artist of Prince's status. It made watching the Grammy trainwreck worth every second.

I was watching the Grammys this year for a few reasons, but I didn't start recording it until I heard, "...one word, Beyonce." When I saw the commercial...

Too bad some of us missed it.....sounds like a cool thing.

I have no doubt that performing at the Superbowl was an amazing experience for Prince and the band, but I agree with those who say we should be thanking him.
And the Grammys more or less show us that we should be thanking Prince for just being Prince cause the music industry continues to suck and Prince continues to be awesome.
