I have a question. When did Prince get placed on the backburners again? Everyone is acting like he was just straight out of the game, like Michael Jackson or something, like he just ABSOLUTELY HAS TO MAKE A COMEBACK. Hell, I thought "Musicology" was the comeback. That went off tha chain. And "3121" aint that bad either. "3121" aint just the best thing in the world, but it's still getting it's props. Prince never really left the game, to me. He just took a break in the mid 90's, that's all. Don't forget that he also got an award at for his song for "Happy Feet".

I'm not saying he's lost it, but just that the general public, no matter what he does, will never accept him in totallity. He will always have the hardcore, and seems to be working the celebrity circuit really well lately, so it seems
he's got them in his backpocket too, but he's lost the youth and middle america for good, it seems.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I honestly never thought he would make $87 Million his cut and sell out 20,000 seaters sometimes 11 straight shows.

That is pretty nice

But we all know the cream always rises to the top!! You cant hide behind smoke and mirrors and other tricks by MTV and the music industry. Eventually Talent shines through and Yes Prince is probably the #1 popular musican in the world

When I watch him kicking everyone's ass at performances like the BET awards and the half time show I have no doubt he's gonna reach a much wider audience again.

Just wish he'd come back to the UK. He practically lived in Europe in the late 80s.Feels a bit like he's turned his back to try and win over the US again.
