I don't think he has. Plastic Surgery doesn't make people look better. It just makes them look like they've had Plastic Surgery. Prince's good looks are a result of him taking good care of himself. Just think what he'd look like had he abused drugs and alcohol and chain-smoked for 30 years.

As if we should care...he looks very polished. For a man of color he looks his age ( most of his contmporaries who have lived a SUCCESSFUL lifestyle still look pretty fresh). He definitely has lost his babyface at this stage. Most of us have (except those of us who are overweight) over thirty. If he had his eyes done, I wouldn't be surprised, and , if he got his money's worth none of us could tell. A smart man looking to improve his appearance should only go so far as eyes, not a complete lift. For a man, complete lift= complete idiot (witness Kenny Rogers). So its useless for us to speculate on did he or didn't he because unless he wants us to know, we won't. He has had a period out of the camera's lens and he has had periods of "wearing sunglasses at night" so there will continue to be speculation as to if and when. Also a smart individual looking to improve their appearance will invest heavily in cosmetic dentistry. This I truly believe has been accomplished and we all would and will do that when we can afford it. Good dentistry can truly change the facial appearance for the better, so perhaps that is what we all notice.
As for clean living all his life....mmmmm 'kay, whatever you guys think, I won't be swimming in de Nile today. Looks like genes and his Deity have allowed him to age gracefully, he has stayed fit and I think we can all look back at,for example, dancers through history and see that they do go toward their end with a grace not allowed most of us.
Just some food for thought. Perhaps we should just feel lucky we get to be witness, and hope the outward appearance bodes well for many more years of a talent that will be shared with us.

That's my theory big time! didn't think anyone else thought it. Average people live under so much stress and powerlessness that they do things to themselves and are worn down. Recently I saw 20 year reunion pics for my HS they look atrocious, all the "cool" people looked 50 not nearly 40. Weight gains, hair loss. Makes me feel lucky that I never lived a life like they did. People often think I'm in my early to mid 20's. Never drank, touched drugs and always worked out. It makes a big difference. Also, white people age horribly.

It's pretty evident to me (after comparing these two photos) that he's had absolutely no work done on his nose at all. It's pretty much the same in both shots...

Not to mention the fact that he is an extraordinarily beautiful young man in those pics. Why would he need to change anything? (hey, that don't make me gay do it?)

You know, when you got money--lots of it--you have good skin care. He has a skin care program--better believe it!!! He also has a cook who feeds him really well. These things add up!! He probably also gets a lot of massage and body work done to combat those sleepless nights. I also agree that he has aged. But he looks great. Really great. He looks like a grown man, a mature man. He is just taking care of himself, which is what you have to do when you approach his age. That man has NOT had plastic surgery.

I doubt very much he'll have had invasive surgery done, but to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if he's had botox - when it's done properly and sensibly (i.e. not like Kylie!) you don't notice it, and these days it's as commonplace as having vitamin B12 injections, which we know Prince has from time to time...

In any case, the boy looks good, and more importantly he still sounds good.

Not true at all - good, well done plastic surgery is un-noticable. The problems start when you get:

a) Plebs (trailer trash to you Americans out there!) who get it done cheaply at Transform clinics that offer 2-for-1 on breast implants and crap like that

b) People who are starting to or have lost their grip on reality (like Micky Rourke)

The trick with plastic surgery is not thinking, "I'm 40 and I want to look 25" but "I'm 40 and I want to look good".

exactly what i was saying in my post above. it is about being happy with yourself and your life...when you have that, the body is healthier and younger than the age it truly is....all in the mind people! Being happy should be your number one priority to yourself.

Restylane is an example. It's a gel that plumps up wrinkles.

Oh he's aged. Well, certainly, but he's aged.

I agree. Whenever I see him smile, I can see he's aged. He gets all these adorable littl wrinkles that I don't see when I watch "Purple Rain". He just was lucky enough to age gracefully thanks to the fact that he didn't smile as much as some other celebrities. I frown alot and when people say, "It takes more muscles to frown than to smile." I always reply to them by saying, "That means that when I'm 60, I'll have less wrinkles and my face will be more toned." I don't care if someone looks good in their 20s. For me, it only matters if you look good in you 40s and 50s and Prince looks pretty damn nice. biggrin
