Well, as much as I'd have loved to have heard 'Guitar' I suppose that at least now it'll be a bigger surprise tomorrow.

Prince is all in orange like those suits he's been sporting in Vegas and the Twinz are in white tunics. Small stage, but very energetic band.

Their dancing was god awful!

No one cares about "Get on the boat" or "Anotherlover"

Has he been taking advice from NPGMC yes men consultants? I will say that the guitar solo sections were cool on the first 2 numbers. But these songs have no impact on a sports audience.

I LOVED the guitar playing. Just so u know, I highly doubt that he plays these songs during the game. That was a part of the sponsor's contract 2 "talk" 2 the media. Prince talked with his music.

I agree. It wouldn't make sense for him to do his Super Bowl set before the Super Bowl and ruin any element surprise. Here's hoping the pulls out all the stops on Sunday.

I haven't seen the set yet, but I've got my DVD recorder running at home. Can't wait to get off work and check it out.

That was one of them most insane performances I have seen in a long time. Prince is instroduced and the band walked on stage one by one. He steps to the mike and says "contrary to rumour I will be taking questions today." A reporter starts asking a question and he immediatley breaks into a Rough House Guitar driven version of "Johnny B Goode" and Goes nuts on the guitar. Then he does a rip roaring, earth shattering version of "ANotherLoverHOleInUreHead" with an insane guitar solo that included him putting his arm around one of the twinz while soloing. Ends off the set with a scorching "Get on the Boat." Red Suit was worn with full on horn section.
