I hope to meet him tonight. And he better not bugger this one up, because this is his absolute last chance.

Come on, Prince. You got my number... razz

What a fan dream, huh?

Some fans had the great chance to make their dream come true. Mani, for example, she was the ultimate fan, turned 21, moved from Toronto to Minneapolis, found someone who'd put her in Paisley Park, turned into his secretary, girlfriend, wife and she's now free and spending his money out there.

No, I don't believe in miracles lol And, frankly, I wouldn't know what to say, I would seem like one of these nervous-boring fans, sayin' things like "Oh my god I can't believe it " or "Prince, I think you're are the best" and all that ridiculous stuff lol

I'd say: Don't give up. How many fans got to do funny things with him at the Rio? It's never too late...

Nope... Never.

I was fortunate to meet some "rock stars" once, and was completely turned off by their egos. Now I cringe when I hear any of their music. Having read stories from folks who have worked with Prince, I think the experience would be even worse.

I like his music way too much to actually meet him and not like him. If that happened, I couldn't listen to The Ride and feel what's going down like I can now. It's too bad, but that's life.

It wasn't likely to happen anyway...

No, not brave at all! I just have to keep the man and his music separate in my head. On stage, he's funny, playful, cool... all that good stuff. That's his persona. I dig that guy. That's who I envision when I'm listening to his music and I don't want to tarnish that.

He's just a person like anyone else, with his own point of view, interests and outlook.

Maybe you would have something interesting to say to him, maybe not.

It's always weird meeting anyone for the first time.

If you don't know each other, there's not a whole lot to say.

That said, I did speak to him very briefly once - and whilst it was not a very profound exchange, it was very cool to have the chance.

Maybe one day, he'll ask you to come on stage and dance with him, he'll ask your name, he'll ask where you're from, he'll ask what you do, he'll thank you for being his fan and invite you to his private party, he'll introduce you to his entourage, ask your phone number, hug you good night. A few days pass and your cell phone rings, the caller id announces private and when you pick up, a familiar voice says: Hi, guess who.... then your alarm clock rings and you realize you were in the middle of a dream but you gotta stop dreaming, go to work.

How many of you?

Yeah, and then i wake up and say:

Six o clock already i was just in the middle of a dream....

Call me crazy, but I actually like that characteristic about P. I don't fault him for being control freak-ish. I think it just shows that he's a man in control of his music and life. lol

Ooooh, he's so rude and sexy! razz
