I won't turn to the Super Bowl if it weren't for Prince, any other reason would be a waste of my time. I wonder what he has planned he always comes up with some new and creative performances. He could just stand there though and that would just be fine, because prinec is hot!  | |

I will be captivated by the pre-show and Billy Joel's performance, but once that's over, I head to the snack table. I'll completely ignore the football portion in the first half, and probably annoy the other guests by talking through it. The closer we get to half time, the more I'll start squealing with anticiaption! Then, the half time show finally begins, and I start screaming like a 5 year old girl and frighten everyone with my Prince famdom. After the half time show, I will collapse on the couch, exhausted because Prince has thoroughly blown my mind.  I'll then spend the second half of the game saying, "Did you SEE that? Can you believe it? He's so AMAZING!" every few seconds, until my poor host gets fed up, and tells me to leave. I won't mind, because that means I can go home and watch the tape of the half time show over, and over, and over.....
yep, that could be me! no screaming though until it's over- wouldn't want to miss anything! that's when I'll be yelling at everyone else to shut up and watch him.... excited about Superbowl sunday for the first time in my life!!! Ask where they're going, they'll tell U – "Nowhere"

Just got through talking to my mom on the phone, and she mentioned going shopping on Sunday. I told her that I couldn't go because I was going to watch the Superbowl. She said, "You are?!" I said, "Well, I'm only watching it because Prince is going to be on during the half-time." My mom said, "Oh geeze!"  Then she told me that the Superbowl doesn't start until evening anyway. I told her, "Well, in that case, sure, I'll go shopping with you." Priorities. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

even though it's my current home city vs. my old home city, i really don't give a damn about sports. i'm hoping someone on here will post an alert when prince is about to play so i don't have to sit through a bunch of crap football. or maybe i'll pop a tape in the vcr and fast forward to prince the next day. | |
