There's a place i want 2 go where the milk and honey flow.

I found the following passage in the Bible and think it is probably the insperation 4 this trax.

Deutronomy 11:8-9

Observe therefore all the commands I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess, and so that you may live long in the land that the Lord swore to them and their desendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.

The Bible is the inspiration for the whole CD.

It's the "Promised Land" (Heaven, paradise, afterlife, a place of goodness) -- more specifically, in the physical, the verse refers to the land of Canaan (not Palestine) where there once were several kings of Israel (long before 1948 or 1967) who reigned in Israel more than a few thousand years back.

Yes, and in the antitypical(modern)
fulfillment, the expectation is for everlasting life
in a paradise right here on a restored earth.
Thus the following verse:

We were always meant 2 b
In paradise eternally
B4 the truth I did not care
Now I feel it everywhere

Biblical references:Psalms 37:29; Matthew5:5.

Milk And Honey was also the name of the album John Lennon was working on with Yoko Ono when he died on Dec 9, 1980. The album was release in 1983 and was remastered and rereleased last year.

Lennon and Prince are very different people, and I find them both very spiritually interesting.
