You can plainly hear Larry on backing vocals, so I think it isn't much of a stretch to imagine that he played on the track. Hopefully, some of the orgers who were at the show it was recorded can give us some insight. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

It's good, but I think for me it would fall in the speech/sermon category.

The orger Lovemachine from Minneapolis was also there ( is that the guy you know ?) and he also said it got a bit boring toward the end of the song ( after 45 minutes) because it was actually just the loop repeating and Prince wasn´t even on stage anymore. I still would´ve loved to see that show, that song is killer. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Wow it's been a long time since I've been namechecked but FYI the orger lovemachine is from St. Paul Not only the end of the night was boring but there was about 10 minutes at the beginning of the song with Prince off-stage with the loop running and Prince slowly introducing the musicians one at a time. I think I remember this show so clearly because it was definately the latest a Paisley concert ever went. The sun was up by the time we got out.

I don't think Larry was there but you can hear him so I think he must have been there for the overdubs Prince added later.
