Are we all 100% cool with the VEGAS thing now?

seems to be causing more excitement than anger and embarrasment!, think I've calmed down a bit after reading some of the great reports.

"100% cool" is a strong way of putting it.

prince is having fun being a celebrity, and i hope it brings him all the prosperity and enjoyment he wants from the experience. when he gets back to being an artist, i'll personally be excited again.

I wish there was a little compendium of setlists that he was doing every week with a brief description.

Normally, when Prince tours in any capacity, I'm all about reading the concert reports.

But for some reason, I can't be bothered right now. Somebody make it easy on me and give me the hard facts. biggrin

Like I said before, I wanted Prince to return to his pop roots, he did, I was happy, and now I'm personally ready for him to start being weird and experimental again. I'm a little bored of the "celebrity partying it up with all the cool Hollywood people" era of Prince right now.

I am, especially after experiencing it opening weekend.

I would love for him to start a tour again, especially for the fans in Europe since they have been waiting and missed out on Musicology.

I'd LOVE to go. I'm sure it's excting. I really don't think it is cheesy...I'm sure it is just a fun party! Prince knows exactly how to create a fun atmosphere using music and people coming together. No matter where it is.

If you want cheese, hang out at the Rio for a while before you go into the show. So far it has been a blast for me. But I live here. The excitement combined with the lack of news about future shows is the only problem so far.

I've always been cool with it. Vegas is a cool place. I just hope Prince doesn't do like Tom Jones did--went to Vegas and gained like 70 pounds!

The answer is yes. Never really worried about him in Vegas. He made it his own and arranged his shows in a very funky way from people are saying. I'd be more worried if he said he was going to make chaos and disorder part 2 or the sequel to GB biggrin

My Vegas experience was unforgettable. I always knew that Prince doing Vegas would be unlike anyone else doing it.

I never doubted him for a second. cool

I think having the Twins onstage bothers me more than Vegas itself. He's not Tina Turner, or Gladys Knight. He just needs himself and a backup band.

I'm fine with it. I just hope that this experience can help Prince find a way to make a kickass album again.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
