We all should know at this point that Prince is going to do what he wants to do, whether we want him to or not. I'm not excusing the behavior, but it's what it is with Prince and we'll either accept it or we won't.

I would have liked to see him do something. But he looked nice. Maybe he's got some agreement where as long as he performs in Vegas he can't perform anywhere else. Or can't for like a year or something.

Why do many ppl talk about Prince? It is funny to read ur responds, but gravely Prince is a man that should be able to what he wants. If Prince wanted to do a performance, then Prince would have. Prince wasn't in the mood. Do you want Prince "I am ready for this" or Prince "Oh, well. My fans really wants me to play. So, I will do this song just for them.( Then he plays it badly cuz he didn't want to in the 1s place.) Buggars.

While I wished he performed as well you gotta respect his right to be himself. It's threads like this that embarress this online fan community site. Frankly speaking it's sad and pathetic to phrase our dissapointment be refering to him as "his assholyness."

Mhhhh.... I agree with u.... Its one of the biggest Prince lies. U dont need 2 have a band 2 can play. Lot of times I've played with ppl I didnt know, so there wasnt time 2 create a feeling but the result was COOL...
I always play on my own... I'm not studying in conservatory just 2 lose time.

I think that Prince should have told clearly that he wasnt willing 2 perform.... thats all!

I would think that if P were to give a performance he'd want to give a performance of a life time...not just some lil diddy. Now, I would totally love it if he'd just played an accoustic number but...I can also see that might not be a very stellar performance for a Rock and Roll hall of fame induction performance.
