Prince and HAPPY FEET connections

saw the movie 2day...anyone notice these refrences??
1) KISS song (obvious in the beginning)
2) when the peguins go see the Guru, they say something like "don't look him in the eyes!"

3) Mephis tells Mumble "Think u better dance now" 2ward the end.
4) And of course, SONG OF THE HEART at the end.

i thought the movie makers were giving a bit of a nod 2 Prince and his fams.

2 and 3 are extremely loose interpretations and could fit with 1,000 different people as well.

Another interesting parallel I picked up after seeing the movie:
Prince is almost the same size as a full-grown emperor penguin.

the movie was very good. at the end when Song of the Heart was played, people in the theatre were dancing! they most likely don't even know its Prince.

On www.3121.com they added the advertisement for "Happy Feet" with his song "Song of the Heart" on their site now.

Nice, the movie will make even more money this weekend. It already made over 42.3 and beat out the James Bond Flick.

The letter 'P' appears in 'Happy Feet' and the letter 'P' also appears in the word 'Prince'. Oh, and 'E' is common to the both, too.

The film pays musical homage to alot of the great music from the last century; including Prince and alot of other people.

Man...that is one lame-ass movie. I took my niece and nephew tonight -- my nephew fell asleep and my niece and I just plain hated it.

I wanted to like it -- I really did. But it starts off as a penguin version of Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer and ends up as half-assed environmental propoganda.

But the Prince song fits. It's a mediocre song for a mediocre movie.

Of course, except in the case of Stevie...the ones who made it great ain't the ones singin' it.

I really, really, really wanted to like it. Hell, I even paid full price admission, rather than hitting a matinee! But the movie is bad. I expected a lot more dancing, for one thing. (I don't know why a title like "Happy Feet" would lead me to expect that, but it did.) And the fact that they couldn't figure out which plot they wanted to run with pretty much ruined the thing.

If you have to see it, wait for the video -- or at least hit a cheap show. Don't pay full price to see it.

Probably because he was talking about the song 'Kiss' featured in the film as well as 'Song of The Heart' maybe?

Bit of a long shot to grasp that, I do realise.
