This kind of contradicts Prince's views in the song Animal Kingdom (from The Truth LP) doesn't it?

In fact, I think these lyrics are some of Prince's most disturbing, nightmarish in fact!

At our "wild game" parties, all the hunting buddies get together and cook their favorite recipes. Hubby's game paella goes over well..
It has squirrel, rabbit, dove and quail breast, and venison sausage. Yummy!

When I was a student at University, my friend shared accomodation with 7 others on campus in Birmingham, UK. It was a lovely wooded and grassy campus, and full of big, fluffy squirrels. (Apparently, they've got razor-sharp claws, and go for the shiny, shiny eyes). Anyhoo, they began to notice that the water supply had an unusual smell to it. This got worse and worse until they forced maintainence to look into the problem. You can guess what was found in the water tank. Two dead, decomposing squirrels. The students had been drinking, cooking with and bathing in squirrel soup. Put that in a bucket and serve it up, Frankie.

Hey! Watch out! I go to Kent State University where all you see is black squirrels. They are nice too. Cute little creatures. Back home in Cincinnati there are a few around that are more brownish lookin'. So, me and squirrels are in good company. No eating of squirrels in my presence or suckin' 'em!
