why is everyone still talking bout this Xenophobia cd when the NPGMC site clearly states that the new album will b ONE NITE ALONE LIVE!!! This sounds like the live album ive always wanted from prince and its a box set with "joy in repitition", "when u were mine", "nothing compares 2 u" amongst many others!!

however this is all very confusing there is talk of the xenophobia album which obviously is goin 2 b released coz prince said so and ppl have heard it, and there is this xenophobia 3 or 7 cd box set with dvd shit and now theres one nite alone live! !! !! !!

one of these cd's has got 2 b a commercial release with record company backing and the other must b a npgmc cd!

personally i think the xenophobia jazz cd will b released through npgmc and the live album will b in the shops and available in the retail section as this cd will appeal 2 casual fans as its a greatest hits live cd!!

man all this and the european tour and the US acoustic tour, honestly i cant see all of this happening!!!

Isn't is TRUE that many and most of the songs Prince performed at the Cele, are most of the same songs he performed at the ONA concerts. hmmm

Maybe, just all this will be happening. Maybe, Prince will just sort out what songs he wants for the appropriate titles, such as ONA, Xenophobia Jazz, and the 7-cd set.
Only time will tell.

Whatever he gives us, I'm sure I'll be liken it.

I guess I'll really get excited when the cd's start getting shipped out soon. Then we will really know what we are going to recieve. I'm not fussed what one he sends out to us, I just can't wait untill we have something new to listen to.

Okay it does not CLEARLY state that the next album will be One Night Alone Live.

I'll tell ya that commercial on the site is great. The live album I always wanted though is from 1981 Dirty Mind tour New Orleans with a 15 minute version of HEAD. That's the one, and I got it!

One Nite Alone Live has the potential to be OUTSTANDING! The commercial alone has me revved up. This really will be the live CD that I've always wanted!

I just pray that he doesn't fuck it up. Please Prince, don't fuck it up. And don't widdle this amazing week down to 3 cd's. There are too many classic performances to edit yourself.

If you see the advert there is a picture of a theatre with the date April 24th. So perhaps that is the concert.

Where was he on April 24th?
