Who gives a damn I've noticed in my short time visiting this site, that people seem to place so much value on how rare a bootleg is, whether or not Prince has played certain songs before etc.. Who cares???!!! If music is good, it's good, regardless of how rare or new it may be. I'm not going to go ooh and aah at some poor quality recording of 30 seconds of music just because it's "the latest bootleg". If this makes me "not a true fan", then so be it. The fact is, i love Prince's music, and have heard some great bootleg stuff, but not BECAUSE it was a bootleg. To me it just seems plain childish.

I couldn't care less about "owning the latest bootleg" for its own sake.
Having said that, I do own and still enjoy bootleg versions of "shortened" unreleased tracks, such as: "Strange way Of saying I Love U" ( a quirky Prince demo from the 'Controversy' era) "A Million Miles (I Love you)" (an excerpt from the Prince demo he gave to Apollonia 6, from the 'Purple Rain' era) "Go" (my favourite "excerpt" from a Prince demo, this time from the 'Parade' era) Any more "shorties" out there I might have missed??? "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs. Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person."
