I just did 100 incline sit-ups and two rounds of bench press, butterfly, lat pulls, extensions and curls. I am getting up early tomorrow to ride 50 miles on my bicycle. I will come home and do probably 200 crunches. SUPERJOINT RITUAL - http://www.superjointritual.com

Im on Body For Life again...I love the rush of working out--it stimulates endorphins like they say and u can actually feel a natural high. Fav machines ...the ab crunch machine...the curl machine as well as the free weights curl...quadriceps leg press and triceps bench dips. "Climb in my fur." | |

I usually work out 6 times per week. I mainly jog between 5 and 8km 5 times per week and I recently started weight training. Additionally, I do an hour of Tae Bo at least once per week. On the seventh day I take it easy... swim, walk, etc. | |

theC icenine are you serious???shit you da man :bowing: Yep... I just got back into it... I haven't really worked out very much since I was hit by a car while riding my bike a number of months ago... I am starting to get back into it... my work-out routine will be totally ridiculous when I am really back at it. SUPERJOINT RITUAL - http://www.superjointritual.com

eeek... sorry to hear you got hit by a car IceNine , ouch Thanks! It sucked really bad... and hurt quite a bit for the next few weeks. Luckily I didn't actually get run over, the car clipped me and shot the bike out from under me. I landed the road on my head and left shoulder... my leg and arm got torn up pretty bad on the road. Luckily, my bike only suffered just over $500 in damage. I wish that people would actually pay attention to bicycle riders because that shit really sucked. I do at least 5 'Suicides' (sprinting up and down the court, stopping and going back each hash mark)
Then I include the basketball in my running. (Once up to the full court with my left, then with by right. Atleast 14 Then 300 jumpshots: 50 at close post range, 150 mid-range, and 100 3 point range. Then I work on my vertical: Standing directly below the basket, jumping str8 into the air off 2 feet, slapping the glass (backbaord) with two hands. I play around for 30 min: (lay-ups, spin moves, crossovers, fadeaways etc... Run ten laps around the track. Calf raises with weights, push ups, squats, bench press (200 lbs) a good stretch, and I'm done. That's my full work out. During the course of the week, I mix these things up, not all in one day. I have to strenghten my back 4 climbing so i do the gym thing atleast 4 times a week. I try 2 climb with my instructor 3 times a week..
IceNine... I ALWAYS respect bikers..!!! So many train in my area and i NEVER... pass u a chance 2 check out thighs and calfs. I always go nice and slow. | |

Back in my basketball playing days, I worked out 5 times a week.
3 days on upperbody, 2 days on legs, and then on Saturdays I'd run. I only ever benched about 75 lbs. But that was a huge improvement. When I started, I couldn't hardly do the 45 lb bar. -------

I work out everyday. I like cardio alot I am not into weight lifting, but I do strength exercises using weights. | |

I tried the rigorous workout thing a few times, but it never lasted. I detest behind a slave to the gym.
I'm quite happy with my body. My body type will never be tall and slim, due to genetics, so I've learned to accept what I've got (which wasn't easy, either!) I mean, like, where is the sun? | |

Off & on - I'm "on" now...
100 situps 50 side crunches (each side) upper body toning w/ light weights something aerobic: 30 min. on the stair climber, 50 on the treadmill, biking, skating or walking ... I try to do something at least every other day alternating between aerobics & weights. I'd like to get on a roll where I do it everyday (I'd like to have the time!)... | |
