The Moles of Purple Rain Has anyone ever noticed that just about everyone in the movie 'Purple Rain' has a mole on their face? Apollonia, Prince, the Revolution, ... just mole crazy!  With the exception of Prince, mostly everyone had a mole on the side of their face near the top corner of their mouths.
This perhaps isn't the most interesting topic, but I was bored. Plus, I'd never notice this mole sensation before even though I've watch PR a million times! | |

that was kinda silly, imo...errybody in the band had a damned beauty mark on their face. not to mention that the only cat in that movie with a real beauty mark was prince.

thats strange.....i visited a 2 year old today and she asked me whats that? i said, baby thats a mole. she said why? i said so u can grow up and study everything there is to know about them and become a mole doctor and she said why? and i said focus on my flaws why dont u, ask me why i have such beautiful eyes and she said why? and i said cuz i grew em myself. The whole mole thing is what makes Purple Rain a great reference movie to what was going on in the 80's!
Lace clothing, big hair, and sexy moles were popular and Purple Rain supersized it all! Back then, the top bearers of the mole were: Madonna Prince Cindy Crawford(of course) Sherilyn Fenn and the resurging facination with Marilyn Monroe In fact,wasn't there a poster of Marilyn Monroe in Prince's room in Purple Rain? I have a growth under my eye...looks like a mole, but not quite...I think it's
a smallish tumor or wart... Yup, I'm bringin' sexy back. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |
