From the comments made by orgers regarding the NPG site, half of us would be banned under the policies maintained by the NPG. Providing an acceptable level of civility exists, there's freedom of speech on Prince.org, regarding Prince's shortcomings and any other discussions.

There's also information contributed by orgers to correct misconceptions, lack of knowledge, etc, when someone is clearly wrong and doesn't have the facts. That wouldn't occur in a completely supressed environment.

I think he probably does when he has some extra time or is bored. Why wouldn't he want to see what folks are saying? Doesn't mean he really cares what we say or think. He probably read more on his own club's site, and I wouldn't doubt that he has posted more than once there. In any event, he could get some laughs here. I mean, he can laugh at himself, can't he?

Does it matter in the grand scheme of things whether he reads them or not? I mean, I realize that for some it's a cool thought that Prince might actually read something you've written. But does that add to your life? Does it change your life? Prince is Prince. Fantastic musician to be sure. But whether he reads my words or not does not change who I am inside. Nor does it add to my life the way having a small child come up to me who has been afraid to trust because she's been sexually abused from the time she was 2, and put her arms around me and tell me she loves me and opens up to me about the things she's been through. THAT adds to my life and makes me realize what is important in life. Having Prince read my words? Ehhh, cool but nothing beats the feeling of that little girls' love. (Well except for the love of God.)
