Using Prince influence...

when I was at school, we were rehearsing a performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream. A couple of the teachers had put some of Shakespeare's poetry to music. I tried desperately to both, design costumes for the cast, including a variation on the 1999 trenchcoat and 1895 leotard/feather boa combination for the fairies - they ended up dressed like the fonz (at a stretch like the Kiss video) and tried my dambdest to get some of the Hot Thing dance into the opening of the play - where Theseus subdues and woos Hypolita - to no avail.

How have you tried to incorporate Prince into an event, performance of your own?

Licorice

I did a choregraphy on Raspberry's beret when I was 13, with 5 other girls.

Some of my drawings are influenced by Prince's songs.

I don't understand why I can't spell damndest... damnedest? Anyhoo.

I love the fact that I used to allow Prince to colour my world so much. I think I bored those around me incredibly, but I didn't care... as far as I was concerned, it was their loss!

No
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.
