Recently came to my hands a CD with the complete discography of The Beatles. But it´s not only folders with the songs in mp3. It is a program, with lyrics and covers and an internal player. I wondered about making one of Prince. I don´t know if it´s already made, but anyway I´m willing to do it.

But the problem is that a program should be made and I don´t know anything about programming. At first I thought to make it in html, as a web page, but I don´t know if it´s gonna work.

So my question is: it´s really difficult to make a program like that? Are there any manuals or something useful?
