I read this book and it is garbage...one of the worst Prince books of all! | |

Slave To The Rhythm is an okay book, more critical of Prince's behaviour than other books which is a valid viewpoint, however it does take onboard a lot of tabloidy gossip as fact though. The info about Mayte's pregnancy came from 2 employees of Paisley Park, 2 sisters who looked after Mayte. They later got fired, and sold their story to the tabloids. Now whether they were telling the truth or whether they were embittered employees making stories juicier to get tabloids interested, who knows. | |
