Uh huh. Why lie about it when YOU SAID you didn't go to any of his ONA concerts?? And I'm really sure you said that because he hasn't promoted TRC in any other way besides a short tour. Like Prince's weirdness is a new thing. He's less weird now than he's ever been. Jerkoff.

I think he should re-organise the NPGmc.
Take a look at www.bjork.com and then SPOT THE DIFFERENCES!

Maybe there should be a more straight forward look to the people who admire his music and all the other things that he does.

What can Prince do to make me happy?

1. Cut the Price in half for the membership for NPG Online
2. I am not hard to please so I guess my only answer would in fact be #1.

Listen buttwipe. I never said I went to any ONA gigs. That's your leap to
the wrong conclusion. Last time I saw him was Hit & Run at the
Palladium in LA, 2001.

In any case, this thread is all about my perceptions of Prince, not yours or
anyone else's. Still, I welcome your idiotic rebuttals.

But since Prince is so dead set in being deep and serious, I guess he'll continue in his philosophical search. Tune in circa 2016 for The Existentialist Experience... There will be this superlow voice called Camus, saying things like "Welcome to the doom. You've just reaccessed the same existence. Press Nothing if you care." Of course that would take you right into Nothing Matters Tonite... Can't wait. smile

Speaking of idiotic rebuttals, I never said you went to a ONA concert YOU CAN'T FUCKING READ. But that seems logical since you resort to Beavis and Butthead insults when getting caught in a LIE.

Prince should cut the theatrics and be his TRUE self. He knows that he cant contain the freaky bastard that he is for long. Hes gonna be up on stage with all of this deep religious postering with religious questions and what not.

And then...

AIWWWAAA smile! He is gonna rip the back of his pants off, pull out the raincoat, his hair is gonna curl up and he's gonna do that Purple Rain "I Would Die 4U"dance!!!

And when it happens, I am gonna be on the floor rollin!!!

Then it's agreed...Prince should do as we say.

Now all that's left to do is find out what the hell we want.I've done my best to synthetize our collective wishes into one neat statement :

We want Prince to be true to himself, but he should not talk about what matters to him like all that religious stuff. Musically, he must follow his muse and have some hits and a video here and there and listen to new canadian post-punk, cuz that's what happening right now. Prince must remain true to his principles, but sign with a major cuz that's the only way to be on the radio. Other than that, we like Prince for who he is. smile

I think Prince will follow is heart, his soul, his mind, and if he doesn't want to sign - he just simply will not.

As fans/fams, we just need to accept that, whether we agree or not. What is important that he continues to grow, and we respect him for that.

Obviously he cares about some of our opinions because of the "U Tell Us" section at the NPG Club site. Whether he reads here to find out - I guess we will never know.

Miles

Prince should really challenge himself musically on an album, do something real different. And at the same time, make it speak to the general public, not just his loyal fanbase. So that means put it on general release, and no big JW ideas. Not a 'commercial' album like 'Rave', but a bold new statement of who Prince is now, why he is still relevant to the mainstream music scene, why he should still matter today and tomorrow to the average music fan.

And what kind of album/ music? That's up to him! It should be radically different, with great songs and playing, lots of humour and real funky. Basically, a 'now' Prince record, with him pushing the musical envelope like he used to in the eighties, but on his terms, and not just for the fans and JWs.

A tall order, I know, but one can dream ...

Also, make a deal with Warners and remaster all the old albums with B sides/bonus trax, and release more vault stuff.

All that should keep him busy at least for a while ...

More idiocy. Check your first response. You're the one who initiated the insults (though they're
more like "disparaging remarks". I can be cordial; but you weren't. So why should I?
Exactly what is the "lie"?

Quit trying to make hits (please people) and make music instead. Actually, with TRC he seems to be doing this, so I'm pretty happy. smile

You're not that smart. I know what I said. And since you've lied and can't really read youre trying to cover your ass.
