Sorry, but you can't fuck with Camille In my not so humble opinion the Camille era was simply Prince at his finest. Camille was ferocious, funky and full of passion. I created a 2 CD compilation entitled Camille's Revenge:
Disc 1 1 Crystall ball 2 Rebirth of the flesh 3 Housequake 4 SuperFunkyCaliFragiSexy 5 Shockadelica 6 Scarlet pussy 7 La La La Hee Hee Hee 8 Good Love 9 Love or Money 10 Feel you up 11 2 Nigs United for West Compton 12 Rock Hard In a Funky Place Disc 2 1 Erotic City 2 Sex 3 Tamborine 4 It 5 Hot Thing 6 Sexual Suicide 7 Strange Relationship 8 If I Was Your Girlfriend 9 Ballad of Dorothy Parker 10 She's Always in My Hair 11 We Can Funk 12 Joy In Repetition 13 Lovesexy 14 Love Bizarre I included Tamborine cuz it's just too damn funky, She's Always in My Hair because it's fierce, We Can Funk cuz an early version was Camillesque and it still kicks ass, Joy In Repetition included cuz it was slated for 86 release with the rest of the Camille stuff & it's an absolutely amazing song), Lovesexy cuz this is the end result of Camille's spiritual revelation Even Prince can hardly touch this shit. I love ALL version of "We Can Funk."
Who gets credited with the amazing, prolonged, spine-chillin,' falsetto scream that is carried during the refrain near the end of the Graffiti Bridge version of the song? Wow! There's something EXTRA funky about all of Prince's collaborations with George Clinton. ___ "When they tell me 2 walk a straight line, I put on crooked shoes"

Good Love is one of my very favorites and Prince at his wits best. And on a misc artist soundtrack of all places. I am so glad he liked this song enough to release it.

"You say not in public, but I say in the car...We need to get wild again, like it was when we first met, close your eyes and count to ten, I'll be standin naked wit nothin but a smile on, Blue Light..." I love that song Blue Dont play me Blue
