Prince had A Good Vibe with each of these Women on songs.with Shelia E. you got Erotic city,A Love Bizarre,Glamorous Life,etc... with Sheena you got "U Got the Look,101,Sugar Walls,La.la.la,He,he,hee,etc... so overall which of these Women brought the best out of Him for Songs???

Sheila, no doubt about it. The chemistry those two had was incredible. He could have kept Sheila in his band forever, and I wouldn't have complained.

Sheila all the way. Her contributions to Prince's music are astounding. Maybe not with her vocal talent but with her musical talent for sure.

Did Sheila E give birth to Camille?

Camille first appeared in Erotic City. After EC, Prince made a couple of incredibly artistic albums (ATWIAD & Parade) and Camille was absent from both albums. Then you had Wendy & Lisa leaving the band and in comes Sheila E and what do ya know, Camille makes a return (Black Album, Sign & to some degree Lovesexy).

Wendy & Lisa's influence on Prince's music was distinct. So was Sheila's. With Wendy and Lisa, the music was focused on melody using the piano and synth as a center point. With Sheila, the music was more focused on percussion. Look at songs like Merci for the Speed of a Mad Clown in Summer & 2 Nigs United for West Compton. Sheila brought out the competitor in Prince. The mad bass and drums both competing for center stage is what I LOVED about their collaboration. I loved Wendy & Lisa's contributions and influence but I really miss Prince throwing down like there's no tomorrow.

Sheila E wins this one, hands down.

She definitely influenced Prince in a positive way. His music was tight with her. I can only imagine what "Diamonds & Pearls" would've sounded like if she had still been in the mix.

Isn't it a coincidence that both Sheila and Prince became religious "jazz musicians" at the same time in their lives?

Definitely Sheila. She has a decent voice and she can play drums and percussion.

Sheila & Prince r like 2 peas in a pod, they work gr8 2gether even when its unexpected, they both exude illustriousness in some areas & r good 2 back each other, it helps that Sheila is multitalented such as Prince ...

However i must say i adore Sheena's vocals, she certainly has good pipes & awesome style! hehe ... so I suppose she would be sitting at the head of the singing department in my eyes but Sheila is more rounded U know they both bring out something fascinating in Prince’s music ...
