This morning my alarm clock went off and "Satisfied" was playing. My alarm clock is set to play an adult R&B station and I was about to hit snooze, but that song woke me right up! I was a little groggy and thought maybe my husband was playing the song. I was thinking, '...surely, the radio isn't playing this song.' Well after it played, Tom Joyner said something like, "...man, that woman has Prince singing the blues!" Then J. Anthony Brown said, "Divorce will do that to ya playa." The whole morning show joked some more.

Anyhoo, has anyone else heard this on the radio? Is it officially the next single or did the TJMS (it is a nationally syndicated show) just choose to run it?

i heard it was a single too... but MEH i doubt it will help sales.

I heard it today for the first time today on TTJMS. I was cracking up when they were talking about Prince's pending divorce got him singing the blues. Jay Anthony said all he needed was a harmonica.

To answer your question, yes, it is a single.

prince new songs are on radio when they first get released, they only get played once. no more than once.
