who originally sung this song?-i love it-plus who is that singing?

that 05 NAACP wee show has been in heavy rotation for a year now-reminds me of the bbc radio 1 gig he did in 93-packing a 3 hour show into 20 minutes!

Song is called "We're A Winner" originally by Curtis Mayfield & the Impressions
Frank McComb is the gentleman singing the song on that broadcast.
