Pretty in Pink I was watching Pretty In Pink last night.. yes I am a child of the 80's.
I thought I heard Prince playing during the party that Blaine took Andy to on their date. Anyways- it was driving me crazy.. I know I heard Prince.. Does anyone know if I was hearing P and if so what song were they playing. | |

Oooh, it's been a few years since I watched it (great movie BTW), but if there isn't a Prince track playing in that particular scene, it's likely to be 'Get To Know Ya' by Jesse Johnson from the soundtrack (he also has a song on the Breakfast Club soundtrack - John Hughes too) 
That's Jesse Johnson as in guitarist of the Time - his solo work doesn't have any Prince input, but it's the MPLS sound, and well worth checking out if you haven't already [Edited 7/30/06 15:38pm] | |
