Whats the weakest opening song for any prince cd?

For me its a tie between Jam of The Year (Emancipation) and 3121 (3121)...If I had to choose it would go to 3121

It's a close tie for me between "Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic" and "Christopher Tracy's Parade".

At least "Rave" has its 1988 small club incarnation as an (inofficial) alternative. So I give the title to "Christopher Tracy's Parade". biggrin

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

"3121" and "Rave" are among the best!

My vote goes to "Around the World in a Day" or "Jam of the Year".

sitruk7	I'll say Christopher Tracy's Parade. It's not a bad song and it does set the mood for the album and movie but I just could never get into it. I like Rave. The only problem for me is that just when you think it's about to cut loose...it's over.
