I'd like to say, "thanks," for the following: -

1. I tuned in to you when I was twelve, so thanks for saving me from an adolescence of dodgy music and embarrassing posters on the wall (well, apart from some Wham and that Thomson Twins 7" which I'm happy to ignore if you are).
2. For freedom from embarrassment about sex. That is a gift that every teenager should have. Never feeling dirty about sex (but being picky about who you allow to get that close!).
3. For the great music - it really is that simple. Some of the songs that you have written stand out for me as the best I have ever heard.

I'm not really fanatical but appreciate your recent stuff too. But when I look back at my childhood your were my soundtrack - love yah!

YES, Thank You very much sir. I've been down with u since I was 9. Your truly a class act even when u had your ass hanging out and changed your name to a symbol. Your one of a kind. Keep doing it your way.
