Based on the opposition that Nature filed, he would be able to trademark NPG Music Club but that trademark cannot include the selling of any type of publications, including tour books, under the name of NPG Music Club. That being said, however, as I understand it (I haven't physically looked up their application, just saw another post about it), Nature has now filed for trademark of NPG which includes things such as recordings, etc. Sooooo, if Nature gets "their" trademark, then THAT would mean he could not use the name NPG Music Club anymore. Make sense? | |
