Wow. 40+ and folked out huh? Something is telling me that you haven't seen Prince play an acoustic set. I would like it, and I'm not 40+ nor can I stand folk music new or old. | |

Think that would make a great album. I would just love to hear Purple Rain only on piano and a few other tracks with only piano or acoustic guitar and bass. I really liked the Truth album although I thought it was a pitty that it wasn't a 100% acoustic.
Let's hope we'll see an acoustic hits (possibly with a few new songs) in the future. Hope he still incorporates an acoustic set on his next visit to Europe (and God willing he will visit Belgium as well) (Little Richard enters the stage)

If anything was to be released like this, I'd prefer a remix album personally (no doubt I'm in a very slim minority here).
Decent official Prince remixes are terribly thin on the ground. | |
