'New' Lovesexy LP Pic Disc I've just bought a Lovesexy LP pic disc and after searching the net for more info have found another seller who has the same item for sale. It says that it was released this Monday past - 19th June in the UK (which would make sense for a UK release).
All very confusing....I have no doubt that it is legitimate but I dont understand why Warners would do it (after from making mo £££ but then picture discs are very expensive to make). Anyone with any further information on this? http://www.netsoundsmusic...834/2.html | |

sounds like you might have gotten a hold of a fake to me, because to my knowledge warners never released lovesexy with a picture disc. check the vinyl catalogue on sleevographia and you'll see what i mean.
they don't even have a picture of the damned thing on the page that you linked to...wtf's that about?  | |

Just got it delivered today and it is indeed a bootleg.
It is ok quality, so still a nice addition to all the other picture discs. Am amazed tho that bootleggers would go to lengths of 'booting' a picture disc as they are very expensive (compared to regular black vinyl) to press up so the margin for profit is very small, which lets face it is the bottom line for people like that. | |

I think that a "Lovesexy" picture disc sounds cool. I hate that it might be a bootleg. I'll wait until I hear more about it before I buy one.  I love a Man who:
