Paul thinks what most think, He's extremly Gifted and talented and I Quote" the guy sounds like he's from another planet" Not bad from a living legend who's music trancends all barriers, languages, dreams.
I'am a huge Prince enthusiast like most RATIONAL people, however I will never follow him musically(style-wise) or becaome a sychophant like 70% of the npgnclique, that, like I have stated in other threads R fucking scary to me, especially being a musician myself. But ,hey, you wanna devote your life to a web site that's fine. As was stated here, some have posted39-40,ooo times since 2003.WWWWWOOOOWWWW DAC

The industry might've been quite different without Elvis-- I'll give you that-- but Prince doesn't descend from Elvis musically nor genetically as far as I know. The contributions of the Beatles and Elvis are two totally different things. The Beatles changed rock and roll. Elvis brought it to the masses AS IS (or as was). I forget how this subject came up but equating the two is like comparing MC Hammer to Rakim, or Kenny G to Miles Davis. Granted Elvis was probably more credible in his field than Hammer and Kenny G but he didn't do anything different with the music. Now that I think about it, atleast Hammer brought something different to rap-- the entertainment aspect of it. The "king" made what Little Richard, Chuck Berry, and Jerry Lee Lewis were doing more marketable and that's it.

No, but I think he should co-operate with Nick Jaggey from The Rolling Cones "Hypocrisy is the act of pretending to have morals or virtues that one does not truly possess or practice."
