it says 7am, but i'm guessing he'll actually play around 7:30 or 7:45 during their last segments...or maybe he'll do one song, they'll pause for news/commercials/whatnot, then they'll end the show with more of him. i think that's how the today show concert worked, if i remember correctly.... | |

The actual concert starts at 8:30am for all coast but I would start watching at 8 cause it may start earlier. From what I now, you can bring your camera. If there is any doubt, go to www.abcnews.com. If you are going to the Park, go early. I came from the area about an hour ago and there are a few people on line already. Have fun and I hope to see y'all there!!! We gonna get it crunk in Manhattan!!!!! I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

Very cool. I finally got to hear Tamar sing Redheaded Stepchild with out her mic going out.  Oh yeah and that Prince guy was good too.... 
Low point: Tell me I'm not the only one whose sound went out twice during the performances...  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Could the camera work have been WORSE? Whenver Prince, Sheila, Maceo, or Ray had solos, the camera was either on someone else, part of the crowd, or a shot between persons on stage. Unreal!

I totally thought it'd be on at 8:30 CST. Had I known it was gonna be so early, I woulda just come to work a few minutes late. Shoot, I was prolly making my lunch as he was playing. Ah well, something to look forward to when I get home, I guess. | |
