Wow im not really sure who was to blame, but i do think it was the GMA sound crew that set it up, awful, the hosts mics didnt work, the mix of Prince and tamars vocals were bad, Soundwise, but in all in all it was a Solid performance obviously, glad i got good video footage. My major disappointment was the fact that Prince should have the TODAY show concert because they have their act together over there, his soundcheck was not visible, but u could hear it, but it only sounded like they soundchecked about 15 minutes or so, which would lead to the "sound" trouble issues. Prince seemed to be messing around ALOT with his guitar and didnt look too pleased with the sound either which may be why the show was cut short. But in all in all this was my 71st Prince "Concert" and today at Butter will be 72, (yes got a ticket). Also i might add that there is NO system to the today show concert lineup, people like me that got there at 1am, were standing next to people at the show that got there at about 7 because everyone cut the line, Horrible order to this event, though i was close, shit like that isnt fair, so if U were someone that cut the line, think how U will feel getting skipped by someone who came 6 hours late. Not Cool!
