Is Fury the video mix, i.e. guitars and vocals more up-front than the album version?

might be worth just for the sleeve

I have no interest in that shit.
If he would have released an extended version or a bunch of unlreleased b-sides or somethign I'd snatch it up. But this is all shit I already have.

Funny that given the choice between the so-so
Brit awards version of Fury and the Smokin' SNL version, he chose the Britt one. I don't get it "Hyperactive when I was small, Hyperactive now I'm grown, Hyperactive 'till I'm dead and gone"

where the hell is DJ Rashida? and what the hell is
the point of putting her in your black sweat video and taking her clubbing with you if you're not even gonna let the woman remix your cuts for bsides on the singles and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

It looks like the days of unreleased tracks, and remixes R over.
It's a particular drag, as historically, Prince has blown our minds with his b-sides and extended versions 4 years. Even the house, techno, and urban remixes in the '90s were cool 2 a certain extent. Even if he simply released a version of "Black Sweat" with Bass and Guitar added, and extended it in2 a high energy, sweaty funk jam, that would be slammin'. Peace. G. this is why I argue his output is not what it was. Folks keep saying he has 2 - 3 cd's between Musicology and 3121. I say the proof is (or in this case isn't) in the pudding.
Where is the Vinyl for the single? And wasn't this supposed to come out in a few weeks? Or maybe time has flown. Christian Zombie Vampires

the version on the Brit Awards wasn't even a complete version, plus he fucked up one of the lines. Pitiful. Instead of a bad version, why not just give us something like a studio version of "U Want Me" or something we don't have already. This is getting old.....really old. The Britt awards version:
Oh... we are forgetting the Wendy & Lisa/Sheila E. angle. Stage chock full o special guests. It's a special event right? SNL was just better. I'm not whinning or anything. just a fact. "Hyperactive when I was small, Hyperactive now I'm grown, Hyperactive 'till I'm dead and gone"

Even if Prince can not get the rights to the SNL Fury performance,we all know he could record the damn song live again even hotter than the SNL cut, which is what or how he should have recored and release this song in the 1st place. Is it just me or does it seem like Prince is trying lately to make his studio recording as basic and dare I say dull as possible and when he performs them live he wears them out like nobodies business? I love to see him rip up the stage as much as the next P fan, but we are not able rto get and hear those live performances on a daily basis Don't u want to come , 3121. It's gonna be so much fun, 3121. That's where the party be, 3121. Y'all can come if u want to, but u can never leave!

Right....and also don't 4get that this is a European cd single. So a performance at The Brits may attract more buyers then SNL...which isn't that known in Europe. Dunno if that's the reason...it may b! I do prefer the SNL version over any version I have heard of Fury...

You guys are so demanding it cracks me up. I agree the SNL version would have been better but I don't know whose fault that is or for what reason. Could be as simple as The Brits version having more relevance in Europe.

Where might someone in the States be able to purchase this? (websites etc...)
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.
