sound like "dirty laundry" to me.... partial lyrics "by don henley"
Kick 'em when they're up, kick 'em when they're down Kick 'em when they're stiff, kick 'em all around Dirty little secrets, dirty little lies We got our dirty little fingers in everybody's pie Love to cut you down to size, we love dirty laundry We can do the innuendo, we can dance and sing When it's said and done, we haven't told you a thing We all know that crap is king, give us dirty laundry to be perfect in the path of life, to make all the right decisions, to be unscathed by life's experiences is not possible for human beings...we are but prototypes to be perfected with time.... take a look within ur own soul before u drudge up the flaws of another... i love you for who you are, not the one u feel u need to be.

In fact, some of 'em are regulars here.

Seems to me that Prince did not drop out but received his degree through a correspondence type method b/c as he was in New York recording his first album. I'll check the biography of Prince that I have to verify.

This explains why Prince never really amounted to anything.

glad it worked out for him like that, but is that really any different than telliing a sports star not to focus on your education because you're gonna be a superstar? not hating on him, since it all worked out gravy for him, but still, there's no reason to not get at least a damn diploma--a whole lot of people sacrificed their lives and dignity to give the next generation something they could never have--(pardon the rant) [Edited 4/26/06 14:32pm] you look better on your facebook page than you do in person

Apparently it was more of a trade school for him. Guess he got the formal education he needed and went and filled out the rock star job application.

So do I. No idea how the MN school system was in the 70's but maybe '76 was his graduating class year and his school posted it as such even though he finished before his class did. Any MN teachers in the house? Did they hold you in school even if you've got the credits to graduate before your class. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The only rapper worse than Tony M. There are a few hundred people I would have put before him.

He already has one--in advanced body movin' (sorry I couldn't resist ) The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.
