MJ will not be in another MIB because of his dispute with Mottola and Sony.

I've heard that Sony did not want to draw attention to the film by hyping his appearance.

Despite the fact that Will has some power there, I doubt he will appear again.

The funny thing about MJ appearing in MIB II is that he probably really is an alien.
My guess is that Prince isn't, so it wouldn't be a great PR move.
