I think you can tell by the lack of remixes, extended versions or non-album b-sides that Prince is not really putting a huge amount of effort into singles recently. I fully expect the b-side if any will be an album track; Love, say? I half expect that Prince won't even bother doing a video, perhaps he'll just borrow the SNL footage and use that? I think the problem with Fury is not the vocals or the synths but the solo guitars. Sounds way too much like one big feedback mess to be played on the radio. | |
