I think it's my favorite. Just wish that guitar at the end would last longer and those drums less.

Just listened to the album for the uptenth time, and I must say that The Dance is my favorite now. Nothing against The Word...'cause it's good 'in all.

Co-sign!
One of my favorites off this great CD, probably my favorite. I'm still having fun letting it all settle in before I decide which is my favorite - if I do wink
Great beat, great message, great understated horn part, love the acoustic guitar ... and the message is very nicely delivered.
Great song. I know I have the CD to play as much as I want, but this song and others deserve RADIO PLAY, too, and lots of it.
Peace.

standout track from a really really solid album
The Compromise Theory:
Based on my analysis, I believe the government faked the plane crash and demolished the WTC North Tower with explosives.
The South Tower, in a simultaneous but unrelated plot was brought down by actual terrorists.
Is it a deal?

It repeats over and over in my head till I have to play it, I haven't had that for ages.I love the sticky web business.

I am a massive fan, but its almost like he leans over to your ear and sings notes that pull at you inside.I'm not a great musician, but i'm sure that the origins of the phrase 'Striking a chord' are about this very same thing.
'Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.'- Einstein
Dance on beautiful one

I am not religious at all and I am so digging this song- I am very spiritual though and I guess it just speaks to me and strikes a cord.
I do not take this as a Christian song...

peace

The general message that I get from it is that we all need to get up and do something to make this world a better place and rid it of the evil ones...

It's a very good song but in the chorus I find myself thinking of Michael Jackson's "Ghosts"...

Word said:

Who's gonna save us when the spiders get next to you?

Ghosts said:

Who gave you the right to shake my family?
