I know it's suppose to be withdrawn....but I just walked into a record store and got myself a copy.

Yeah it doenst seem that Warner Bros. took much effort to get all those copies back.

I ended up buying one from eBay. I looked in NYC and I had my family looking in all the walmarts, best buys, etc. in northwestern Iowa and none of us had any luck. I got the one I bought online in the mail today and I love it!! I only listened to disc 2 so far b/c I hadn't heard most of the 12" versions. They fucking rock. Wish I didn't have to pay so much for it, but the 12" of Let's Work almost completely makes up for it.

torrent sites have it finally. it's just so nice to hear his music updated and sounding fresh again. even tho disc one has some annoying edited versions, it's just great to hear what could be possible with a true re-mastering of his back catalogue. and having the full version of "she's always in my hair" in pristine sound is worth what i paid on ebay for sure.

hello, I am in Balad Iraq, I managed to get one copy from my manager friend, she showed me where they were recalled to be retuned to the warehouse. I got the only copy here. I am not going to open it untill I get another copy to play for myself. I paid $17.85 for it from the PX. White background with Large Purple letters that say Prince- Ultimate in small gold letters. well I feel blessed. Love, Peace, @ Always B Wild.

Most likely so as not to compete with sales of 3121. Casual listeners won't buy 2 Prince albums and Ultimate Prince has the familiar hit songs so that would take away from the success of 3121.
